Here’s the current situation. Connecticut did make it illegal on Febuary 24th. I’ve spent everyday up to last Friday waiting and searching for any news on whether it was immediately illegal or there would be a waiting period. Friday, I finally found a buried consumer guidance alert saying that it was effectively illegal immediately, but they would not start enforcement until March 25th. Which is both good news and bad news. I do have batch #92 in stock as of Thursday. I’m still preparing it for sale. I wanted to make sure it would be legal first. The last thing I’m waiting for is for waave to approve the listing. I’ll know Monday morning. If they don’t, I’ll still list it but only accepting payment through venmo/zelle/paypal or whatever. So, our last batch will be listed tomorrow either way. Sorry about going so long without an update. I’ve been waiting for information and Connecticut has not been forthcoming at all.
