Batch #75 now in stock!

Batch #75 is in! Our stock situation is improving, and we have many more strains back in stock! This batch is from our 2nd supplier. We’ll be getting our batch from our regular supplier, Henry, soon. Strains in this one are maeng da, horned, vietnam including yellow Vietnam, and white hulu.

There’s two different white maeng da. They all came in this batch but are clearly different colors. We’re labeling one white maeng da, and one white maeng da #2. They’re both white maeng da, both are strong. They’re just from different harvests.

A word on samples. The last couple batches we haven’t been sending out many samples. The motivation for this hasn’t been financial. They’ve been small batches. That we knew would sell out possibly before customers even started getting their orders.  So, we didn’t bother because we knew there would be no way anybody would have a chance to buy anything they did like. We’re starting to accumulate enough stock and have enough strains that we will be sending out plenty of samples with this batch. It’s too bad we didn’t send them out with the last one because #74 horns are really good, and there’d probably be none left if we did.

The Waave app recently began requiring ID. We completely understand why people would be uncomfortable with that. Even worse we’ve had reports of customers trying to put in the ID and not being able to get it to work. Fortunately, it’s only customers using the app which are affected. The option where you put your card in at the checkout doesn’t require ID, and neither does the venmo/zelle option. Since there’s not much we can do about the Waave app our advice is to use one of those two checkout methods instead. They both work great. I will say we believe Waave to be trustworthy. They’re the only company in kratom processing we’ve worked with or have even heard fof that is trying to stay in business! We’ve been with them for four years now, and the fact they regularly update software, have great customer service, and are trying to remain compliant with the government speaks volumes. Most kratom processors do none of the above and aren’t around for four years either.

A big thank you to everyone that read and responded to our rather lengthy last post on our current situation. Things are looking better already! That’s it. It’s seems like there’s some really good strains in this one, and Henry’s batch will be in soon!
