Here’s the update on kratom legality in Connecticut. Bill 6855 has passed state congress and been signed into law. That means in October it will likely become a scheduled substance. Most likely it will be October 1st. Unfortunately, there’s no clear date for this to happen, or if there will be a 30-day public comment period. That would be the time that you, our customers, could likely be the most help by making a public comment. The bill itself is very murky, and even the AKA doesn’t seem to know exactly what’s happening. . I’m hoping for further clarification soon!
