We’re still here! There hasn’t been a single update on the legal situation in Connecticut. I’ve been checking the state websites daily (or more) for any movement on Regulation PR2025-018. There’ll be “Notice of Decision” or “Final Approved Regulation” when they’re about to schedule it. Since there hasn’t been any kind of announcement or literally about keeping it legal, I’m assuming they’re still planning to go ahead with criminalizing it. Until then though it’s still perfectly legal in CT!
Anyway, batch #90 is now in stock and listed for sale! There’s the maeng da’s, elephants, bali’s, Vietnams, and super green. It seems like a pretty good batch. Hopefully, this won’t be our last batch.
The second there’s any update on the legal situation I will post it. That’s it.
