I have some bad news on the legal front. The Department of Consumer Protection in CT published a decision to move forward with scheduling kratom in CT. The next step is for the Connecticut Attorney General to sign the decision which is almost certain to happen. After that has happened, they’ll set a final date for it to become illegal. This is almost certain to happen. So, we have a little while before we close, but it’s going to happen. Good news is, there should be a new batch arriving in around a week and a half.
